In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our apps will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
